Company registration to complete. The operator should publish here: legal company name, legal form, share capital if applicable, registered office address, registration number (for example RCS / SIREN / SIRET or equivalent), VAT number, and the name of the publication director. Until those details are filed, correspondence should use the contact email above.
2. Hosting
The hosted application is served over HTTPS. Infrastructure may be provided by one or more cloud and container-hosting vendors selected by the operator. For the current hosting provider name and address, email contact@trythreatless.com.
3. Contact
For product, privacy, billing, or legal notices:
Email: contact@trythreatless.com
Do not send malware samples as email attachments. Use the Scan API or the dashboard scanner, and prefer the official EICAR test file from eicar.org when you only need to validate integration.
4. Intellectual property
The Threatless name, logos, documentation, and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may not copy the site, scrape substantial documentation for competing products, or use the marks in a way that suggests sponsorship without permission.
Third-party marks (including ClamAV, Stripe, GitHub, Google, and Docker) belong to their owners. ClamAV is used as the scanning engine; Threatless is not affiliated with Cisco or the ClamAV project unless a separate notice says so.
5. Site content
Marketing copy, documentation, and legal pages aim to describe the product accurately. Scan results, quotas, and prices may change; the dashboard and pricing page prevail for commercial terms. Documentation in /docs describes the current API contract.
6. Consumers and disputes
If you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, you may have access to a consumer mediator or to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Professional customers are subject to the jurisdiction clause in the Terms of Service.
7. Credits
The product is built with Nuxt, Vue, Tailwind CSS, Nuxt UI, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and ClamAV. Source contributions are welcome via github.com/briacdev/threatless.
